This case study involves a laboratory out of Dallas, Texas that was ready to have a wider reach across the state and nation.
HOW WE ASSESSED & BEGAN THE REDESIGN
Having serviced amputees via Prosthetists and Doctors for many years, their needs included what allows their customers comprehensive information and clients ability to submit data.
We allowed their customers to view the details of their quality work, the importance of their lab processes, and a comprehensive explanation of the casting – sculpting – painting process.
Also added was visuals from their laboratory, videos of the needed submissions from prosthetists that work with them, and timeline of their company growth milestones.
With an increased visibility into their Laboratory that provides important services for those needing prosthetics, they will certainly gain improved online interactions.
Functional and informational were the goals of this redesign. We have succeeded in these two major areas of concern.
